Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us in advance at [email protected] or call 877-887-6493.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once prepared, your shipment is scheduled for pickup by a trusted freight carrier. You will be notified with tracking information once the order is on its way.
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of our products, all shipments are handled via freight trucking companies. We work with reliable, insured carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on schedule.
Flat-Rate Shipping Costs
We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping based on the quantity of units ordered:
- 1 to 5 Units: $200 per unit
- 6 to 10 Units: $150 per unit
- 11+ Units: $59.99 per unit
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For bulk orders or special arrangements, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays caused by freight carriers, extreme weather, or other factors may occur but are rare. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
Receiving & Inspection
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the shipment. We strongly recommend the following upon receipt:
- Inspect the packaging for visible damage.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos if any damage is present.
- Contact us within 24 hours to report issues.
We cannot be responsible for damage not reported at the time of delivery.
